Introduction:
God continues to work in the life of our Bellview church family. Over the years we have seen how God has blessed His church and His people. Bellview currently finds itself in a community that is growing rapidly. As we prepare for this growth, one of our challenges is that we need more worship space so that we can continue to reach more people with the Gospel.
In September of 2024, our church affirmed the plans to move forward with the future construction of a new worship center, complete with a spacious welcome center as well as classroom and fellowship space. This will then allow us to renovate our current space for youth and children. We believe this is a God-sized vision that will take everyone working together so that for years to come Bellview can continue to proclaim the gospel and make disciples from Woodruff to the world! He is ABLE!
Purpose:
Able – The Word ABLE comes from Ephesians 3:20-21. ABLE is a three-year spiritual journey of sacrificial giving to provide financial funding to expand our facilities beginning with a new worship center. We want to involve every member in the spiritual and financial journey of supporting our church’s vision of making disciples while engaging the Woodruff community and the world with the gospel of Jesus Christ…...from Woodruff to the World in Love, Growth, Service.
Ephesians 3:20-21 - Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us, 21 to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen.
Campaign Goals:
Any building project takes a measure of wisdom and faith. This is a God-sized project that will take God-sized financial support. While the total cost of this project is close to 8 million dollars, our Building Team and church leadership believe that we can raise 4 to 5 million of the total project, and then begin construction as we continue to raise the remainder. As we get closer to our goal, our Building Team will also explore loan options.
Commitment:
What in your life can you take advantage of less frequently? Maybe it’s fewer coffee runs or one less dinner out a week. Maybe you can get a new quote for your cell phone, cable, or other service. By challenging yourself or your family to reduce a weekly expense, you can save a significant amount to contribute and create a fun family experience. Brainstorm ideas with your children! Get creative!
Give:
Equal Sacrifice, Not Equal Gifts
Not everyone has the same financial means, but everyone can give sacrificially and we certainly can do more together versus individually.
